American Whimsey, is the look created by Giselle Shepatin Studio. Her clothing designs have been sold in stores all over the world, including the Cirque de Soleil stores, museum stores, fashion catalogues, online boutiques, and New York Fashion Week for over 30 years. Giselle’s showrooms have been in Dallas, Los Angeles and at other shows across the country including runway shows in Korea and China. Her clothes have been worn on the Red Carpet at the Oscars and on the Mark Twain Awards on US TV.

Giselle has changed over the years from a designer of handwoven fabrics to, more recently, having fabrics made for her company in France, India, and Belgium. She uses fabrics made from the natural fibers such as silk, cotton and wool as well as synthetics, such as polyester, fleece, and nylon.
